Street food that’s out of this world and doesn’t harm the planet. Local means: small scale suppliers, independent business, ethical sourcing, free-range, organic and reduce air miles. Local doesn’t mean your local supermarket.
READY TO HIT THE STREETS
If your business isn’t ready to go, don’t apply just yet. Spaces are in demand and we need to see that your application is complete and ready to rumble. We want to see high-res pictures of a professional set up. No garden gazebos, flimsy frontages or wonky menu boards.

Be sure to come and see our markets before you apply. You’ll get a good understanding of the vibe, location, standards and the traders are mostly happy to answer any questions you might have about getting started.
