What’s cooking? The build-your-own menu is deliciously combo-tastic. We always go for home-smoked cheddar (smoked over whisky oak barrel chips, no less) with bacon and aioli. You might prefer Stilton or Camembert. Or Buffalo chicken, jalapeños and caramelised onion could be your thing. Whatever your thing, you can make it a thing.
