For those of you that don’t know (we didn’t), momos are Tibetan steamed dumplings. Or, to put it another way, little parcels of utter perfection that bring the real taste of Tibet kerbside. Expect delicious fillings with kickass sides, all made from scratch. A real must-eat. Get mo’ flavour in your life.

What's cooking?

What’s cooking? Even though the noodles are always bang on, the momo dumplings get us every time. Made the Tibetan way to lock in the flavour – and lock it in they do. Try beef in Sha Momo (yak is hard to come by in these parts) or chicken in the Cha Sha, or go veggie and vegan. Chef Ugyen’s labour of love simply has to be tasted.
