Inspired by the bountiful British countryside (with a spruzzatina of Italian flair), Wild & Rustic are all about simple, seasonal cooking where the quality of the ingredients shouts loudest. Think venison burgers with kale and house-smoked cheddar, or cheddar, mustard & Butcombe Ale scotch eggs.

What’s cooking? The gourmet burgers keep the queues big, and rightly so. Expect 28-day-aged chuck steak patties, seeded brioche buns and perfect pickles and sauces. Will it be the Americano, with Wild & Rustic burger sauce, or Le Rustique, oozing with Reblochon (to name just two)? You’ll probably need some triple-cooked truffle fries, too…
